SUPPORTING RELATIONAL ENGAGEMENT

ENGAGING WITH CARE.

RFNL’s work is grounded in relational ways of knowing and being, informed by restorative justice philosophy and ongoing learning with Indigenous communities and knowledge systems. We support individuals, communities, and organizations in engaging with one another in ways that centre respect, accountability, and care.

This work focuses on how people come together, communicate, and navigate relationships. We support the creation of spaces where people can listen, reflect, and engage meaningfully with one another, including in moments of tension, change, or uncertainty.

This can look like:

  • facilitated conversations and dialogue

  • circle processes and relational gatherings

  • navigating tension or conflict in groups

  • building shared agreements and understanding

  • supporting respectful communication

These are just some of the ways this work can take shape.

If you are looking to support relational engagement in your context, or are navigating a complex situation, we invite you to reach out and connect.
