Final fees may vary depending on group size, customization, preparation, travel, additional facilitators, materials, partner involvement, and follow-up. For highly experiential, Circle-based, mentorship, or practice-based learning, RFNL may recommend a smaller group or additional facilitation support.
2. Choose a focus
Every offering is grounded in relational and restorative foundations. From there, we can emphasize the concepts, practices, and applications most relevant to your group.
Foundations and Ways of Being
Worth, interconnection, relational ways of being, restorative justice beyond programs and techniques, and the beliefs beneath practice.

Listening, Dialogue, and Circle
Two-Eared Listening for Deeper Understanding, restorative questioning, difficult conversations, Circle, participation, and shared learning.
Education and Early Learning
Restorative justice in education, belonging, school safety, behaviour, student voice, family and caregiver engagement, early learning, and whole-school growth.

DESIGNED FOR YOUR CONTEXT.
Every engagement begins with a conversation. RFNL will learn about your group, goals, setting, previous experience, and current questions before recommending a format, areas of focus, and level of continued support.

We work across education and early learning, justice and legal contexts, child and youth care, community and non-profit organizations, government and public systems, workplaces, leadership teams, and cross-sector groups.
Recognition of Participation
Where appropriate, participants may receive a record or certificate confirming the topic and number of professional learning hours completed.

Participation does not certify or authorize someone as an RFNL trainer, restorative justice practitioner, or restorative justice education trainer. RFNL understands capacity-building as a continuing process of learning, reflection, practice, relationship, and mentorship.
