MENTORSHIP & RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
GROWING IN RELATIONSHIP.
Relationship-building is central to RFNL’s work. Through mentorship and shared learning, we support individuals, communities, and organizations in deepening their understanding of holistic restorative justice and relational approaches over time.
This work unfolds through ongoing relationships, where learning happens alongside others. We support spaces where people can reflect, ask questions, and engage with this work in ways that are responsive to their context, experience, and evolving understanding.
This can look like:
-
individual or small group mentorship
-
communities of practice
-
collaborative reflection spaces
-
ongoing support over time
-
relationship-based check-ins and dialogue
These are just some of the ways this work can take shape.
