RFNL INSTITUTE 2025
Welcome to Trauma-Informed Restorative Justice
for Healthier Schools, Communities, and Systems in Newfoundland & Labrador!
RFNL is thrilled to welcome you to three days of learning, reflection, and connection as we explore how trauma-informed restorative justice can nurture healthier relationships in education, community, and beyond!

A Special Logo
This year’s Institute logo was inspired by the Signal Hill star, a familiar beacon overlooking the place where we’ll gather this November.
Signal Hill has long been a site of connection and communication, a place where messages travel across distance and community.
This legacy of connection feels deeply aligned with the work of Relationships First Newfoundland & Labrador. In that spirit, our Institute logo reflects the relational framework that grounds all of RFNL's work, reminding us that relationship offers both direction and hope as we navigate the challenges of learning, living, and leading together.

Biographies

Lady Cove Women’s Choir stands as a powerful voice in Newfoundland and Labrador’s cultural landscape. Rooted in community and collaboration, the ensemble celebrates the artistry of treble choral music while fostering connection, resilience, and the transformative power of song. Under the direction of founder Kellie Walsh, Lady Cove brings together fifty women-identified singers whose collective dedication continues to elevate the province’s choral tradition.
